Hi, I'm Heather
Music City native Heather Byrd is an award-winning storyteller and digital content creator who has dedicated nearly two decades to her career in the entertainment industry in Nashville. As the Producer for Hello Sunshine, Heather orchestrates content for The Home Edit, a brand that includes a hit Netflix series, three New York Times best-selling books, a world-wide line of organizing products, a chart-topping podcast, and coming later this year, a new season of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Throughout her career, Heather has also produced innovative campaigns for globally recognized brands such as Samsung, Coca-Cola, Kleenex, Hallmark, Ram Trucks, and Walmart. Her career contributions extend to award-winning music videos featuring A-list artists and large-scale television events.
Before shifting to film production, Heather flourished as a journalist, with her work featured in various publications such as Forbes, Us Weekly, W Magazine, The Nashville Scene, and The Tennessean. Her versatility was further demonstrated when she co-starred in a docu-series for A&E titled "Crazy Hearts." Her expertise in publicity is showcased in her work with Nashville’s Independent Radio Station, Lightning 100, crafting annual PR campaigns for Live On The Green, Nashville’s popular outdoor concert series.

Heather's commitment to excellence has garnered her numerous accolades including multiple Telly and AVA Digital Awards. She was named one of Nashville's Most Influential Women by the Nashville Business Journal and served on The Tennessean team when they were lauded as Pulitzer Prize finalists for breaking news coverage of the devastating flood of 2010.
